This Technical Products expandable winter plug seals a pool line for the cold season. The plug is rubber and tightens by hand with a nylon wing nut. Turning the nut squeezes the rubber, which expands and presses against the inside wall of the pipe or fitting. It comes in three sizes: #9, #10 and #11.
